Boys Will Be Boys | Plymouth Area Photographer

I met up with yet another fellow JG grad and her family to photograph their adorable one year old boy, W. This little dude was not interested in my camera whatsoever:) Most of the time, one year olds are incredibly easy to photograph, and get awesome eye contact from. I guess there are always exceptions though:) Mr. W just wanted to do  his own thing, and it was freezing when we were outside, so that didn’t help matters. We did end up getting some great family shots when it was all said and done though! Meet the N family:

M Is One | Plymouth Area Photographer

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing for this family for the 4th time this year. I am starting to feel like I might be part of their family:) It has been alot of fun watching little M grow this first year of her life and getting the chance to take her 3, 6, 9, and 12 month photo’s! She was better for this session than she was for any of the others and we even got to go outside in the snow!

Thanks again B family! I have enjoying seeing so much of you this year, hehe:)

15 Days Old | Plymouth Area Newborn Photographer

Thursday I met what could have possible been one of my hardest newborn sessions yet:) This little girl was a tough one and was not about to go to sleep for me. Well, not until about 45 minutes until I had to leave. And even then she could not be moved a single inch without waking up. So we pretty much kept her in one place and worked at her convenience for the day:) I was a little worried going into this session because she was a little older than I would have preferred her to be. She was 15 days old the day of her session. She was born 2 weeks early, and having last week being Thanksgiving, it made it a little difficult to do their session sooner than later. We ended up with a satisfied mom though, and that is all that matters!

Happy Family | Plymouth Area Family Photographer

Today I met up with what has become one of my favorite clients once again:) This is the 3rd time I have had the chance to take photo’s for this family. The last two times we focused mainly on little baby G, but this time we included the whole family for some hopeful Christmas card shots/family photo’s/G’s 1 year Birthday preview:) I went to their home, and we braved the cold AND the snow for some outdoor shots at their house. Little G was quite the trooper and didn’t really get crabby til the very end when the spotlight was on her. We made many trips back inside to warm up between outfit changes. This mom definitely has her stuff together when it comes to outfit preparation! I love it! She never lets me down. She is full of cute idea’s and never stops amazing me with the adorable outfits she finds for 11 month old G. In January I will be photographing her 1st birthday party and more than likely a 1 year session somewhere in between that. Here’s the gorgeous family:

Yes, we brought their Christmas tree outside:) And Max the dog was THRILLED to have reindeer antlers on his head and jingly bells around his neck:)

Every session with this little girl includes a tutu (or two), of course:)

The snow was falling while we were taking pictures:)

M family, once again, THANK YOU for honoring me as your family photographer. I am so glad you have came back for the 3rd time and I look forward to seeing you again in January for a wintery birthday party!

Sweet Little C | Plymouth Area Family Photographer

Yesterday I met up with little C who will be 3 in just a few months. I met her earlier this year and at that time she was quite the handful. I must say, this time was much easier to get her to cooperate for me. She was all smiles and poses and even got to wear some fancy tutu’s and accessories to match for a few. We  did this session at her Grandma and Grandpa’s house and included the whole family in a few of the shots as well.
