Hi, I am Jenn.

I am a mother to four beautiful children, (2 step-children) ten year old boy/girl twins, a 6 year old daughter, and a 2 year old son. I am a wife to a wonderful husband going on eight years now. I am a daughter to the most wonderful and supportive parents anyone could have. I have younger twin brothers whom I love with all of my heart. I also have some of the most caring and supportive friends and family anyone could ask for. I grew up with my family in small town Walkerton and moved to Plymouth when I met my husband. I am a very family oriented person and to me family is the most important part of life. I started getting into photography about six years ago, mostly just trying to capture my family memories. Now, I am here to capture these same memories for your family.

After having children of my own and raising two others, I realized how important it is to document the little moments that are so easily forgotten. The expecting mothers, to the newborns babies. The first steps, to graduating high school. Even those cute little couples who are in love. Five years into this journey full time and I still have a hard time caling it my job. It's my creative art, and I strive to deliver images to you that will hang on your walls and that you will cherish forever.

8 Days New | Plymouth Area Newborn Photographer

I met this little angel’s mom and big brother over the summer for a photo session. She had talked to me about a newborn session at that time, and did an awesome job of keeping me updated as her due date approached. It has been a few months since I have had a newborn session so I was really excited! Little J was born a week ago this past Sunday and Monday morning I met her for what turned out to be one of my favorite newborn sessions yet! I brought my “stalker” Windie with me so she could experience the fun (she may disagree) of a newborn session. Sometimes it is just nice having an extra set of hands for these sessions. Baby J was such a great baby, and probably one of the best newborn girls I have had.

I saved this sibling picture for the end of the session because I thought it was going to be the easy shot. I should have known, taking big brother C’s pictures in the past, that it was going to be a challenge:) It worked out in the end though and we got quite a few cute shots like this!

D family, thank you so much for allowing me to capture this special part of your lives! I am so happy with these photo’s and you definitely have a BEAUTIFUL family and brand new baby girl!!!

Pretty Miss T Is Turning Two | Plymouth Area Child Photographer

I photographed this family back in May of this year in the crazy summer heat. They were in town this weekend from their home in Indianapolis. Today I met up with little Miss T and her mom and grandma for her 2 year session, and we were shivering cold most of the time. I am pretty sure T prefers the cold over the heat, because she was much more cooperative this time around. I could have taken pictures of her all day:) You will be seeing more of this family in the near future, as mom is due with baby girl #2 in the middle of March. I am excited to see them again after the holidays for a maternity session.

Fun Sibling Session | Plymouth Area Kid Photographer

Yesterday I had a nice break from chasing toddler aged kids around for photo’s and met these two old siblings that were such a pleasure to photograph. Sometimes I forget what it is like to have kids actually sit still for more than 2 seconds giving me enough time to catch the good photo ops. Big sis K is 12 and her lil bro B is 7. Some of the most well behaved kids I have come across for a long time now.

K and B with mom. If I am correct I believe mom used to ride the same bus as me when we were younger. She didn’t think I remembered her, but I did:)

B family, it was such a pleasure being able to photograph your kiddo’s! They were such a nice little break from the challenging sessions I have had lately with younger children:) Thank you so much once again!

Gorgeous Family | Plymouth Area Family Photographer

Yesterday I met up with the oh so beautiful H family! Big bro L is 8 and lil sis A is 18 months old. While we had a bit of trouble keeping A’s attention or getting her to look towards the camera for that matter, we ended up getting some very cute shots of her. She sure was a firecracker though! Big bro L was as layed back as could be and super easy going. I had alot of fun hanging out with this family and getting to know them while I took their pictures! Mom is expecting family member #5 next year sometime, so I am hoping I get the chance to meet this family again:)

Thanks again H family! It was very nice meeting you and getting to know a little bit about your family! I definitely hope to see you again in the near future!!!

Blue Eyed Beauties | Plymouth Area Family Photographer

Meet the F family. I have known these guys for a VERY VERY long time. Well, mom and dad anyways. This was the first time I have got to meet the two beautiful additions to their family. It has been years since I have seen them, and they are now blessed with a 2 year old boy, R and a 1 year old girl, E. These two kiddo’s are blessed with the mor gorgeous eyes I have ever seen! Overall a beautiful family who deserve nothing but the best!

Thanks again F family! It was so nice to see you after all these years and catch up a little bit! You definitely have two gorgeous little babies and a wonderful family!
