I finally had some time to sit down and get some work done on the website, updating prices for next year.
But first, here are some of the other changes coming for 2011 as well:
1. Sessions that are booked will be required to pay a $50.00 non refundable retainer towards your session before your session is considered “booked”. I will have a contract to mail to you to sign and return with your retainer to hold your session. Hopefully this will help limit the number of last minute cancellations I have been having lately.
2. *Newborn Sessions* VERY IMPORTANT: If you are expecting and I am not made aware of your due date at least one month in advance, I will not be doing your newborn session. I have to have some sort of an idea what to expect from month to month, since newborn sessions can’t actually be scheduled in advance. I can not just drop everything to “fit” you in at the last minute. It is very important that newborns be within a certain age range for the photo’s I prefer to get. I appreciate plenty of notice, even if you are 4 weeks pregnant! I am a planner, and I have to have a good view of what I can expect that is coming my way.
3. I will no longer be using a referral program. I have had quite a few people trying to take advantage of it, and honestly I can not keep track of who sent who to me. I appreciate those of you who have spread the word, and I honestly believe that has been my best advertisement aside from Facebook.
And now, the real reason you are all reading this post:) Price increases. Here you have it!
(Please note, these prices will not take effect until 2011, but I wanted to get things down in writing before I started booking sessions for the new year)
Standard Session
Session Fee – $100.00 Includes up to 4 related people, please add $25.00 per additional person.
Newborn Session
Session Fee – $150.00
Senior Session
Session Fee – $150.00 Includes up to 2 locations of your choice, please add $35.00 per additional location.
Disc of Images
$75.00 – You will recieve a disc containing each image from your session. Some images will be in color and some will be in black and white, it will be my preference while editing.
$100.00 – You will recieve a disc containing 2 copies of each image from your session. You will get each image in color AND black and white.
This is different from how I was doing it before, so please take note.

4X6 – $2.00
5X7 – $3.00
8×10 – $4.00
11×14 – $8.00
16×20 – $25.00
Wallets (sets of 8, same pose) – $5.00
*I will travel within 30 miles of the zip code 46563. A travel charge of $35.00 will be added for anything more than 30 miles of the zip code 46563.
