Hi, I am Jenn.

I am a mother to four beautiful children, (2 step-children) ten year old boy/girl twins, a 6 year old daughter, and a 2 year old son. I am a wife to a wonderful husband going on eight years now. I am a daughter to the most wonderful and supportive parents anyone could have. I have younger twin brothers whom I love with all of my heart. I also have some of the most caring and supportive friends and family anyone could ask for. I grew up with my family in small town Walkerton and moved to Plymouth when I met my husband. I am a very family oriented person and to me family is the most important part of life. I started getting into photography about six years ago, mostly just trying to capture my family memories. Now, I am here to capture these same memories for your family.

After having children of my own and raising two others, I realized how important it is to document the little moments that are so easily forgotten. The expecting mothers, to the newborns babies. The first steps, to graduating high school. Even those cute little couples who are in love. Five years into this journey full time and I still have a hard time caling it my job. It's my creative art, and I strive to deliver images to you that will hang on your walls and that you will cherish forever.

Meet this sweet baby boy, K. Born on Father’s Day weighing in at 8lbs, 10oz and most definitely one of THE BEST newborns I have had the chance to photograph! This sweet boy slept the entire time I was there (yes, that is a good thing:) and I think I also made record time with this session at an hour and a half! I had an awesome time working with K and his GORGEOUS momma, who by the way does not even look like she just gave birth 9 days ago:)

This is my 2nd favorite of the session, I don’t really know why, I just love it:)

I usually work and work and work to get this pose, but little K did the job for me as soon as we set him down!

THIS is my favorite! They had this old chest full of shoes in their house, so I utilized it and it made for some fabulous photos!

B family, congrats to you once again! I am so glad that you gave me the opportunity to take K’s newborn photos! Thanks again!

My Beautiful Cousin | Plymouth Area Photograher

My cousin’s daughter A is in dance and has been for a long time. We got together this week to take some pretty photos of her in her various outfits she had for recitals. She brought along an added prop for some fun pictures. The adorable little tutu you see on the cute puppy dog was made by my good friend Nicole at Lexi Lou Designs.

Tell me this picture doesn’t bring a smile to your face:)

Thanks again to my awesome cousin J for giving me the chance to take pictures for you! Despite the flat tire we had on our way there, I had a great day with you:):):)

Adorable Family Of 4 | Plymouth Area Photographer

This week I had the chance to meet this adorable family at the park for some pictures. I met lil brother C a while back when I took his 6 month pictures, and he is already 10 months old and walking! His big sister S was visiting for a few weeks from California so they decided to squeeze in a family photo session while she was here.

C wasn’t nearly as cooperative for me this time as he was for his 6 month pictures:)

Daddy, Daughter, and Doggy | Plymouth Area Photographer

Today I met with this gorgeous daughter and daddy along with their adorable puppy dog Capone for some family photos. I have known these guys for quite a while now and couldn’t have asked for better models to photograph. A quick and easy session to end my busy streak before a few days off. Since they are so good looking, that made it even easier to take pictures of them!

Adorable Baby Boy | Plymouth Area Photographer

This family has a special place in my heart! Mom and dad and I were all in the same class in school! We were all very close friends and hung out all through middle school and high school. We haven’t seen much of each other since we graduated so it was very nice getting the chance to take pictures of their adorable 8 month old baby boy, E. I had a great time catching up with these guys and wish we had the chance to see each other more often! Last summer when we had our 10 year class reunion in September, mamma K was pregnant, and went into labor the next day:)

A family, I would like to thank you once again for having me take your pictures! I really enjoyed my time with you and I can’t wait to see you again very soon for E’s 1 year session!
