Hi, I am Jenn.

I am a mother to four beautiful children, (2 step-children) ten year old boy/girl twins, a 6 year old daughter, and a 2 year old son. I am a wife to a wonderful husband going on eight years now. I am a daughter to the most wonderful and supportive parents anyone could have. I have younger twin brothers whom I love with all of my heart. I also have some of the most caring and supportive friends and family anyone could ask for. I grew up with my family in small town Walkerton and moved to Plymouth when I met my husband. I am a very family oriented person and to me family is the most important part of life. I started getting into photography about six years ago, mostly just trying to capture my family memories. Now, I am here to capture these same memories for your family.

After having children of my own and raising two others, I realized how important it is to document the little moments that are so easily forgotten. The expecting mothers, to the newborns babies. The first steps, to graduating high school. Even those cute little couples who are in love. Five years into this journey full time and I still have a hard time caling it my job. It's my creative art, and I strive to deliver images to you that will hang on your walls and that you will cherish forever.

Fun Family Of Seven | Plymouth Area Family Photographer

Last weekend I met this super fun extended family of seven. We have had this session scheduled since around Christmas time, thinking by now it would be plenty warm enough outside for a comfortable photo session. We. Were. Wrong.It was super nippy outside, but these guys were all troopers! This session was a Christmas gift for Grandma and Grandpa, and included them along with their son C, daughter K, daughter-in-law T, grandson and granddaughter C and O. We had lots of fun dodging goose poop and walking around for their session, along with braving the wind and cold!

Thank you S family for spending the afternoon with me and being so brave in the cold weather!

A Trip To Indy | Plymouth Area Newborn Photographer

I have been waiting forever for this baby girl to arrive! Although she wasn’t due to meet the world by c-section until St Patrick’s Day, she decided she would join us 9 days early instead:) Mom, Dad and big sis T, came up here from Indy a few months ago for a maternity session. I have done photo’s for them numerous times in the past, so I made the promise to them I would make the trip down to them for G’s newborn session. The first 3 hours or so of our session were pretty discouraging, we had to take a break so they could bring her to her scheduled dr. appt. and after they returned, she was a sleeping angel for us! At first she was totally against being completely nude, and we had to do some shots with her diaper and pants on. I think after she got the hang of this modeling thing, she was ok with anything though:) We were actually able to get her nakey and get some GREAT shots of her in the end. It was a very long day, but Jersey had a BLAST playing with T and her Oma:) I love this family and I am so excited to watch these two girls grow! It was a whirlwind of a day for all of us, but at least Mom and I had plenty of time to get to know each other a little better! I am so lucky to have such gorgeous clients!

I definitely went overboard with the photo’s on this post, but I got so many great ones it was extremely hard to narrow down what to post! Enjoy!

Love This Girl | Plymouth Area Baby Photographer

Yesterday I had the 5th opportunity to photograph this adorable baby girl G! I am always honored to get the chance to take this little gal’s photo’s! Mom is the Queen of Etsy shopping and always has the most adorable outfits for her! Always full of bright colors and accessories, and little G’s name on everything! LOVE IT! We met at the campus of Notre Dame for a St. Patty’s day theme complete with outfits to match, of course! Mom is already planning out little G’s next session coming this summer and I am SO excited for what she in store! Stay tuned……
